ServSafe® Serving Safe Food Certification is The Educational Foundation of The National Restaurant Association’s food safety program. The program centers on measuring risks, setting policies and training and supervising employees.

ServSafe® includes employee study guides, videos, a leader’s guide and other teaching aides. Those who successfully complete the ServSafe® course and examination receive official certification. ServSafe® training is accepted in most jurisdictions that require food safety training.
