The Housekeeping and Building Maintenance Audit includes the following:

Review of all spaces and surfaces to be maintained

·Measurement of all spaces to determine cleaning times
·A review to ensure that proper equipment and chemicals are being used in the correct places
·An offer to provide in-services on the proper care of hard floors and carpeted areas

Review of cleaning equipment and cleaning tools

·Assess overall condition of equipment and tools
·Ensure that the proper size/type of equipment is being utilized in the appropriate space
·Provide information on the latest technologies being used in the industry
·Identify equipment in need of repair, and introduce you to our janitorial equipment repair department

A review of all cleaning chemicals and their storage

·Determine whether cleaning chemicals are the most efficient, safest, environmentally friendliest, and cost effective
·Assess the number of products being used, looking for opportunities to reduce that number, increase simplicity, and lower overall cost
·Implement a color code system for products whenever possible, to make selection easier
·Ensure a proper MSDS program is in place by coordinating in-services that keep you in line with OSHA regulations.

Inspect and review all public restrooms and the supplies being used.

Towel and tissue systems review includes:

·Suggestions to reduce overall consumption, thereby reducing costs and creating a more environmentally conscious system.
·Tips to help you maintain your desired image, while keeping costs in line
·Recommendations regarding environmentally preferred products.

Soap systems review includes:

·Recommendations for easy-to-use systems
·Identification of the highest quality products given your budget
·Suggestions for products with a positive environmental story
·Review of handicap guidelines.
·Review of all fixtures and suggestions to help make the restroom operate more efficiently
·An introduction of our many hands-free systems, most of which can be retrofitted to your existing fixtures without the need of a plumber.
